Medea Quotation

"In life, the worst disasters come from passion". This is a quote said by Medea. I liked this quote mostly because it is true for all ages. It means that people who have loved passionately and then have lost that love suffer or cause more suffering than any form of disaster possible. This does not only mean the love of a husband or wife, it can also be the love of a child or brother or sister. One who has loved and lost that love is never fully healed from this tragedy. From this some people go crazy and cause pain towards themselves or others around them who they think responsible. Medea shows this very well when her true love Jason leaves her. She is left devestated and in agony. Therefore she takes revenge on not only Jason, but aslo kills her children and the ones closest to Jason. She has caused the greatest disaster towards herself and Jason and it is all from the passion she felt from for him.
