I Believe

I believe in not stressing myself out and taking a breather. Every day people are consumed by worries I'm late for work, I forgot about that big test, what do I wear, what is everyone thinking, etc. People need to calm down and breath. Bad things are going to happen your going to forget, your going to be late and so on. In these situations has stressing ever helped? After being angry, crying, yelling or whatever happens when you completely break down from stress, do you all of a sudden have some major solution to the problem. I believe in calming down taking a breather and enjoying life. I'm not saying just give up on anything that you don't want to do or is stressful. Instead learn from your mistake, you may have to wing this test but you will study for the next one. Nothing is ever set in stone, things change, people change, those grades can be brought back up. I was taught from a young age not to stress out specially about the small things. I use to have a hard time in math and would stress out about every little assignment and test. It was ridiculous I was psyching myself out studying so much and one math test could ruin my whole day. So I learned that when I'm stressed I need to step away from the situation and come back when I'm in my right mind. People need to stop worrying so much about everything and enjoy life, enjoy friends, and family. Don't sweat the small stuff.
