I Believe in Synergy

I believe in synergy, that is, I believe in people coming together for a common goal. I believe that people that are passionate about the same things can come together for the same purpose and create big results. I believe this, because I've seen it.
Think of fundraisers that collect millions of dollars, like race for the cure. Those people have synergy, and by using it together, they can raise money to research for a cure. I think about a program called serve and celebrate at my church. Hundreds of members of the church go out into the broken parts of Wichita, the parts that need a little attention, and a little love. They work on whatever type of service project is needed from them, whether it be painting fire hydrants, or clearing away brush and trash. These people are passionate about a common goal, serving God, and their combined synergy can cause them to take leaps and bounds. Think about the blooddrive. The synergy demonstrated by that group at our school was big. Together, the blood that they raised will be used to save lives, and that is big.
I believe in synergy, and I think it is a vital and import thing to understand. I think that coming together with everything in common for something bigger than yourself is huge.
