Revenge!!!!

I do not believe that any situation should justify for revenge, no matter how you feel like you need to get even for the wrongdoing that has been acted on you. I usually notice that when a character in a story tries to get revenge, he/she will usually end up worse off from before. Furthermore some people will become consumed in their need for revenge, take example from Great Expectations, where the old women is so consumed by need for revenge, she tries to ruin some pore boys life, just because she was wronged. Or lets take a look at the second Star Treck movie: "Star Treck The Wrath of Kan" in which the main villain Kan has been stranded on a distant planet by Captain Kerk, and Kan has the only goal of getting his revenge. The main point I am trying to make is, don’t try to get even by making someone else’s life worse, because you really just make your own life worse.
